Conference tickets include: morning and afternoon tea breaks, lunch and access to networking drinks on 14 June 2017 as well as entry to the Australian Energy Storage Exhibition on both days (no separate registration needed).
Trade Exhibition Registration includes: unlimited access to the exhibition and industry workshops on 14 & 15 June.

- Students will be ask to present a valid student ID upon badge collection. Failure to present a valid student ID will result in full rates being charged.

All discounts can only be applied at the time of registration and discounts cannot be combined. In the event that more than one discount is applicable, delegates will receive the discount with the highest value. All discounts are subject to approval by the organiser. Credit card bookings may be subject to currency fluctuations. Please note the conference fee does not include travel or hotel accommodation costs. Discount codes are case sensitive.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Before finalising your purchase of any Purchase Items you should review the dates and location of the Event or component or activity of the Event and ensure they suit your personal circumstances. Subject to any statutory rights you may have to cancel and receive a refund (including your rights under Consumer Laws) there is no general right to cancel if the Event, component or activity of the Event takes place. You may transfer Purchase Items legitimately purchased and another person may attend in your place with our consent at no cost to you but you must provide us with the name and details of your replacement. We may cancel the Event or a component or activity of the Event due to unforeseen reasons. In such case, you have a right to obtain a refund but may need to apply for this and follow our refund process.
We may occasionally need to change key note speakers, session presenters, the conference program timetable and delivery or any other aspect of the Event due to speaker or presenter availability or other unforseen reasons. Please note that we do not accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused for such changes subject to your rights under Consumer Laws.

Letter of Invitation
